Wessex Cancer Trust's new voluntary Education Liaison team were delighted to support a day of Easter activities at Southampton's WestQuay Shopping Centre. Sally Hall, Lynda and Stephen Springate spent the day helping young people from 2 yrs old to 60+ construct Easter cards and take part in a 'Guess Whose Skin' quiz.
Lots of people came to stop for a chat, many quite literally got stuck in and over 360 cards were made by the end of the day. Students from Sholing Technology College offered to run a non-school uniform day with proceeds going to the Trust. Another highlight was when two children chose to make more cards and talk to them instead of visiting Paultons Park!
